Directions

Cut a piece of green cardstock to measure 4" x 3". Cut a piece of blue cardstock to measure 3¾" x 2¾". Use photo stickers to adhere blue piece to green piece, then green piece to yellow handmade paper. Tear handmade paper around rectangle, creating a ¼" fringe. Using circle punch, punch one hole in each of the 4 corners. Apply eyelet to each hole and secure in place. Using photo stickers, adhere rectangle layers to center of front of gift bag.

Using ShapeBoss™ with stencil, emboss rubber duck onto yellow cardstock. Trim around edges of embossed area. Adhere duck to center of rectangle on front of gift bag using foam tape.
