For the daisy lei:

2. Go around the necklace twice and fill in spaces with bows.

Tips :
1) Use other flower garlands or fancy yarns to decorate the necklace.
2) Tie a tag onto the lei to explain how to remove the flowers to use the chain as a necklace.
3) To make getting the lei on and off easier it might be better to not put any flowers near the clasp so it can be used. (With the necklace clasp secured, the lei will be a tight fit over a normal sized head.)
