55-1/2”x 4-1/4” white card blank

55" x 3-3/4” Retro Print DCWV 8x8 Paper Stack

  4-1/2”x 2-1/4” light aqua cardstock

  4-1/8”x 1-7/8” white cardstock

  Fluffles Noel  and Retro Noel rubber stamps

  (Stampendous)

  Versafine black ink pad (Tsukineko)

  2” square acetate (can be cut from recycled

  packaging)

  2” square vellum paper with glitter

  Alcohol Inks ( Ranger, Farmer’s Market color set)

  Alcohol blending solution (Ranger)

  StazOn black ink pad

  Gold Accent Pen (Posh Impressions)

  2-1/2” black Artistic wire

  One black mini brad (Making Memories)

  Watercolor pencils

  Blue decorator chalk

  Heiko tape

  Clear drying collage glue

  Vellum tape (Scotch)

  Tools:

  Coluzzle’s Circle cutter template and cutter

Mini hole punch (smaller than brad head)

Small watercolor brush

Piece of white felt

Scissors

Directions:

1. Stamp Fluffles Noel design onto white card stock.

2. Color in the design with watercolor pencils and blend with water.

3. Fill in the background with blue chalk.

4. Punch out the middle circle on the ‘E’ and loosely fasten brad in hole.

5. Adhere stamped cardstock to aqua cardstock with Heiko tape.

6. Use the Heiko tape to fasten the retro paper to the card blank.

7. Next tape the aqua cardstock to the upper portion of the retro paper.

8. Using the Coluzzle circle cutting system make a 1-7/8” opening just below the ‘E’.

9. Stamp the Retro Noel design onto the acetate using StazOn black ink.

10. Color the back of the acetate with the Ranger inks, dabbing with the felt moistened with alcohol blending solution.

11. Before the inks dry, dot the acetate with the gold accent pen.

12. Using the vellum tape, adhere the vellum to the back of the decorated acetate.

13. Cut out the ornament and punch out the opening for the hanger.

14. Attach the wire to the acetate ornament and wrap the wire end around the brad.

15. Put a drop of glue over the brad head to secure the wire.
