Directions:

Trace and cut out hearts from the cardstock according to the patterns.

Use the pen or marker and write the following –

On the two red hearts, write “Grandma” on one heart and “Grandpa” on the other.

On the two medium pink hearts, write “Mom” on one heart and “Dad” on the other.

On the light pink heart, write “Me!”

Take the 8 ½” x 11” cardstock and fold in half to create your card base. Optional – use the paper creaser to create a smooth fold. Arrange the hearts on the front of the card as shown on the pictured sample. Place the Grandparents’ hearts on top, the Parents” hearts below and your heart at the bottom. Tape hearts in place.

Use the marker to write “Happy Grandparents’ Day” and write a message in side of the card.
