Directions: 1. Cut two 4 5/8 x 7 ½ strips from turquoise cardstock and cut two 4 x 7 ½ strips from polka dot paper using paper trimmer 2. With double sided adhesive tape adhere one of the polka dot strips to one of the cardstock strips (making sure it is centered and has about a Ό border on both the top and bottom of patterned paper of turquoise cardstock 3. Repeat with second panel on bare side of card stock (Panels should overlap on each other about ½ when completely adhered to can 4. Trim top and bottom with grosgrain ribbon.(Wrap around can to measure and trim with scissors, adhere with adhesive tape) 5. From left over turquoise cardstock cut out snowflakes of assorted sizes using accucut die and marvy punches 6. Repeat step #5 with light blue and white cardstock 7. Spray snowflakes with repositionable spray adhesive (Note: if layering snowflakes for 3D look- place a pop dot in center of snowflake first before spraying, pop dot must have its protective sheet still on it so glitter wont stick to dot) 8. With glue dots in place (with its protective sheet still on sprinkle glitter over entire snowflake) shake off and save excess glitter 9. Adhere snowflakes to can © 2006 Ben Franklin Crafts, Inc. |
