Directions
NOTE: The card and envelope dies being used are part of the Movers & Shakers line of dies. There is a smaller piece that that can be moved around in the large cutout area of the main die. There is a magnet that will hold it in place once you decide where you want the cutouts to be.
For this project, place the three small squares close to the center fold of the die. Place the Flower piece towards the bottom edge of the envelope. Following the manufacturer’s directions, use the Big shot to die cut the card and envelope from the cardstock.
Fold and crease the card. Use the pencil to lightly trace the three small square openings. Open up the card and stamp your design within the penciled squares on the inside of the card. Let dry and lightly erase the pencil marks. Use the colored pencil to fill in the design as desired.
Fold the edges of the envelope in and adhere with the double stick tape. Place the card inside of the envelope making sure that the three cutouts are hidden. Use the pencil to lightly trace the flower opening on the envelope onto the front of the card. Remove the card from the envelope. Stamp a coordinating design in the penciled flower. Let ink dry. Erase the pencil lines. Color in the stamped design as desired.
Place the card back in the envelope. The stamped design on the front of the card should peek through the flower opening.
