Directions

Fold the white cardstock in half to create a 4” x 4 ¼” card. Place the pattern for the puppy’s head on top, aligning the top on the fold as indicated. Trace and cut out to create the card.

Trace and cut out the remaining pieces from cardstock according to the patterns.

Place brown ears onto the black cardstock, leaving ample space in between. Glue in place. Cut out ears again leaving about 1/8” black edge all around. Referring to the pictured sample, place the ears on either side of the puppy’s head and glue in place. Place the black patch on the puppy’s face and glue in place.

Place the two moving eyes on the face (one on the patch) and glue in place. Place the nose below the eyes and glue in place. Use the Sharpie marker to draw in a smiling mouth. Use the marker to write a message inside of the card.
