Trace and cut out pieces from felt according to the patterns.
Use the wire cutters to snip the chenille stem in half. Take each half and bend and shape into an antler, refer to the pictured sample.
Take one of the head pieces and lay in front of you. Place the antlers on the top of the head and glue in place. If you are making an ornament, tie the ends of the 6” length of ribbon together. Glue the knotted end between the antlers. Place the other head piece on top and glue the two together, sandwiching the ribbon end and ends of the antlers in between.
Place the muzzle on the lower half of the face and glue in place. Place the eyes above the muzzle and glue in place. Place the red pom pom nose under the eyes and glue in place.
Take the 12” of ribbon and make a loopy bow. Glue below the reindeer’s head. Glue the jingle bell below the bow. Glue a pin back behind if using as a pin.
