Directions

Trace and cut out pieces from felt according to the patterns.

Place one of the bear pieces in front of you. Place the other bear piece on top of the first one, aligning the edges. Starting from the bear’s paws, glue the two pieces together; gluing only along the edges. When you get near the top of the bear’s head, take the ribbon and fold it in half. Place the ends between the bear’s head and glue in place. This forms the hanger.

Glue the two moving eyes in place. Place the ½” pom pom below the eyes and glue in place. Glue the black 5mm pom pom on top for the nose.

Place the two heart pieces together. Glue the sides together, leaving the top open so that you can fill it with candy. Place the heart below the bear’s head. Fold up each paw to “hug” the heart. Glue paws in place. Fill heart with candy and give away!
