Directions
Place the bottom of the tin on the wrong side of the black Glitter Paper. Trace around the bottom of the tin and cut out the circle. Use the double stick tape to attach to the top of the tin’s lid. Wrap the 3/8” x 10” strip of Glitter Paper around the edge of the lid. Use the double stick tape to attach, overlapping the edges.
Place the bottom of the tin on the wrong side of the pink Glitter Paper. Trace around the bottom and cut out the circle. Cut the circle in half to make the wings. Use the ¼” Heart punch and punch out seven hearts on one half. Repeat with the other half. Place pop dots underneath the wings. For the wing placement, refer to the pictured sample and spread the wings on one end. Attach the wings to the covered lid top.
Wrap the 1” x 10” black Glitter Paper strip around the bottom of the tin and attach with double stick tape.
Use the 2” circle punch and punch out two pieces from the 5” x 5” black Glitter Paper. Place one on the cutting mat and use the X-acto knife to cut out a smile. Punch out two Standard Hearts from the pink glitter paper. Glue one at each end of the smile. Place the two moving eyes above the smile and glue in place.
Use the wire cutters to cut the chenille stem in half. Bend in one end slightly. Punch out tow standard hearts from the black glitter paper. Glue one to the end of each chenille stem to form the antennae.
Place the straight ends behind the face and glue in place. Take the second 2” circle and place behind the face so that the white shows through to the smile. Attach together with glue dots.
Attach the head to the bottom of the tin. Align the lid so that the wings come together behind the head.
